Pros: Popcorn and DVDs provided were a nice touch.
Cons: The sound travelled between guest room walls. We could hear talking and the TV.
It was relatively expensive for the room compared to other places along the coast.

Pros: I prefer hiking & checking out the town over fancy, expensive rooms. So, I'd highly recommend this place!! The staff's nice. The location is good.Rooms are average, you'll have what you need. In same parking lot, you'll find Terrapin Restaurant (Michelin rated!) & a coffee shop with the best coffee I've ever had! There are many trails all around and the harbor down the hill, where you can get outstanding clam chowder, crab and other fish.

Unexpected find at reasonable price.
Pros: The rooms are all wonderful, many outside places to sit, and best of all, a sunroom with microwave, coffee maker, dishes and free popcorn bags to put in microwave. They should have put a photo of that happy room on their web page. Although they don't serve breakfast you can get pastries at the very nearby cafe, or bring packaged breakfast foods to heat and eat at the motel.

Pros: The room was large and the bed very comfortable. Location quiet.
Cons: The communal kitchen where you make your own coffee was not ideal. We like to have coffee in our PJ's and not sit with strangers.
The place in general was pretty shabby,grounds not kept up stained carpeting throughout. Not great for the money

Cons: It was dirty. the shower curtain needed replacing,(a cheap thing to do), the shower, tray wanted a good scrub with a brush(another easy thing) the stairs leading to the room needed cleaning, the carpet in the bed room was stained, and the sheets on the bed were dirty. We had to ask for them to be changed.
The shared kitchen facilities, were in what can only be described, as a shed. My advice, if you can stay somewhere else DO!
We travel a lot and I am always honest about what I put when reviewing places that we stop in.

Pros:
Cons: The concrete floor in the room was cold and uncomfortable. The pillowcases on the pillows did not fit the pillow. The pillows were cheap and dirty and old looking. I felt as though I was sleeping on a dirty pillow where other people's faces had been, and was unable to sleep well. I slept very poorly here and was not comfortable at all. The DVD player in the room made a horrible loud noise. Very sad coffee available in the main kitchen. Would have been much better in the hotel included real creamer in the morning, considering that we had to leave our rooms to come and make it. Overall, extremely disappointed in my stay. Would not recommend to anyone.

Nice place!
Pros: Loved our room (#7)--very spacious, great for family with young children. Great private outdoor area. Nice common kitchen area with shared freezer/fridge and glasses. Nice coffee offerings.
Cons: Although there was free WiFi, we were rarely able to get a signal. No dresser in the room. Breakfast was not provided.
