Disappointing

When we arrived I had asked for double beds. However, they said they were sold out and only had a king available. Then they said if I could show them my confirmation where I requested doubles. I asked what was the point you just said you were sold out. They responded maybe I could move things around. My thought you can or you can't. It shouldn't matter what my reservation says. I showed him my confirmation. However, it was not acceptable. I then proceeded to ask for a roll away bed, which I didn't get until after my 3rd request. I travel often with my family and have had a much pleasurable experience at 3 star hotels than this place. This hotel is a 3 star at best, Even if I didn't count the bed situation. The bathroom door would not open. There was no ventilation in the bathroom so after the second person showering the ceiling would drip from the condensation. The location of the hotel was right next to apartments. The list can go on and on.
Pros: The room was clean.
Cons: No parking. Only Valet at $35 a night or park out on the street and around the corner. The bed was not at all comfortable. The front desk was not accommodating at all.

Poor

Pros: The parts that were remodeled were nice.
Cons: Staff. they were amateurs and misguided in what it means to be in a hospitality industry. Either an employee was disinterested or grumpy or gave inaccurate information.

Pros:
Cons: Our room was located on the 3rd floor. Unfortunately, we were kept up all night due to whomever was on the 4th floor above us. It sounded like a giant was up there with how loud the footsteps were...moving around all night.
