Very Good

the holiday staff in the restaurant was not well trained: we had to ask a couple a people if we could upgrade from 2 glasses of champagne to a bottle and was told that was not possible, finally the bartender made it happen. the food was not to par at the restaurant for breakfast. the staff did not know the menu both times we went.
Pros: very family friendly in an upscale environment
Cons: the room gets very HOT and STUFFY!

Pros: The hotel was amazing! The incredibly kind and personable staff was definitely a highlight. The grounds are gorgeous, the rooms are beyond belief. There was not a single thing they could have done differently. We should have stayed longer!
Cons: NO

Pros: Excellent Resort, Spa, Food and Experience!!! Exclusive Rooms - even with resort sold out, rooms felt private and secluded from high end resorts with balconies and rooms feet apart. No doors open and close... simply peaceful.
Cons: It has large footprint - so if you don't like walking/bike to get around... could be an issue. No real complaints!

Pros: Room and sort of the spa
Cons: Poor restaurant service, the value. So expensive for what it is. Stayed in way better spas
