LEGOLAND California Resort is off I-5 exit Cannon Road E. at LEGOLAND Dr. The more than 60 rides—including three roller coasters—shows and attractions in this 128-acre family theme park are geared toward kids ages 2 to 12. The “animals” in Safari Trek are made of LEGO bricks, as are the animated replicas seen along the banks from the Coast Cruise boat. In Miniland, more than 20 million of the tiny plastic bricks have been used to re-create 1-to-20 ratio scale animated replicas of well-known American landmarks as well as scenes from the “Star Wars” saga.
The ninja-themed LEGO NINJAGO World features the interactive LEGO NINJAGO - The Ride as well as attractions that test your ninja skills. Other park attractions include Lost Kingdom Adventure, where families armed with laser blasters go on an Egyptian adventure; Splash Battle, with individual water cannons that can be aimed at spectators and riders; Knights’ Tournament, where track-free robotic arms give unexpected twists and turns; Fun Town Police and Fire Academy, with a race to hose down a burning building and stop criminals; and Driving School, with miniature vehicles that put children in the driver’s seat.
Stroller and wheelchair rentals are available.
