Pros: We really DID NOT like it.
Cons: That hotel is in a mountain and the rooms are spread out thru diferente points of the hill. To get to our room we need to go down 3-4 stairs or 30-40 steps. It was raining and it there was no coverage. To complete this disaster, THERE WAS NO POWER, so all was happening at night & under the rain. I have 65 years old, travel abroad several times every single year and NEVER faced such ugly situation, paying more than $1000,00 including our dinner. That is a shame that a huge chain like Hyatt do this kind of theft from their guests. Next morning, when checking out they gave a rebate of $100.00 due to the fact that there was no power during all that night. It is a shame they don´t have a generator nor coverage to get to their rooms. You should not recomend this hotel for future guests, or at the least to allert them about the features this hotel has. While there you feel like in a trap as it it is far from everything. Thank you.
