Pros: The day staff was accommodating and changed our room to a lovely third level courtyard view room with patio doors for the 2nd and 3rd nights. These rooms are charming and make staying here worthwhile. It's also nice to have a reasonably priced restaurant on site that offers room service.
Cons: We made reservation 6 weeks in advance for a 'courtyard' room on a premium priced weekend, but arrived late and, despite calling to confirm, got the last room in the hotel--which reeked of cat urine and had only a window with no view, room 137. Evening staff was not particularly accommodating, offering only to "freshen" the room in the morning. Pool can only fit about 6 people comfortably; not recommended for families with children.
