Pros: Very clean, almost too clean, the front entry smelled very strongly of soap. Rooms were nice. Oh and the late 12 check out time was great!!
Pros: New interior, friendly staff
Pros: The breakfast had numerous options.
Cons: The room had a musty smell, the carpets were dirty. The gal at the counter was not very helpful and reluctantly allowed me to change rooms. I asked if I could cancel my stay and the gal said yes But I would be charged for the night! Even after I shared my displeasure in the facility!
Pros: loved the fitness center
Cons: fitness center could use one more treadmill
Pros: The location is very good for restaurants , the staff was very friendly and helpful.
Pros: Bed was very comfortable. Bedding was clean and warm. Very quiet hotel. Blackout curtains were great. I was able to come back during the day for quick nap. Very well stocked in the lobby area we were sick and were able to run down and buy cough medicine, cough drops and everything we need to help me through the night.
Cons: Cleaning products at bit strong the hotel had a smell. Not bad but not good either. I was not a fan of the breakfast coffee to strong " trucker coffee " muffins and sweet rolls were great but if you want some real food pass and go get breakfast.

Pros: Comfortable beds and clean bathrooms
Cons: Usually pay less at another comparable hotel but that hotel was booked already
Pros: the Amenities worked out very well for me. I was able to utilize the business center easily.
Cons: The walls were very thin. I could hear conversations in adjacent rooms. Also, the doors closed automatically and slammed when they did, very loud and hard.
Pros: Service, commendations, yummy breakfasts
Cons: Room was dirty employees were rude if I dont like it I can leave.
He said he was the Manager and he was full and had no other rooms to move me to.

Pros: The breakfast had good variety and decent quality.
Cons: On a two night stay, they forgot to clean the room, also the common areas stunk of body odor.
Pros: The beds were very comfortable and everything was clean.
Cons: The staff had a very hard time locating my reservation, didn't seem too sure of what they were doing.
Pros: The breakfast was great
Cons: Didn't like the coffee to strong for my taste
Pros: The location was close to Freeway 168 and next to the high end area at Fresno and 5 min away from Clovis old town, a historical place.
We booked the two queen beds. The room was great and it is very quiet. The hallway was bright for all guests to feel open and welcoming. The Jacuzzi spa and swimming pool were well maintained with great lighting. We enjoyed being relaxed after visited Sierra National Forrest. The breakfast served with great name branded food and coffee cream. We loved the home made biscuit and gravy, lean Bacon, and fresh fruit.
Pros: Clean, pleasant room
Cons: The only thing I can think of is that the elevators are a little slow.

Pros: Easy to find, exactly what we needed for one night, a comfortable & quiet room and geared to Business Travellers
Cons: Self Serve Breakfast was pretty basic, automated and tbh tasteless.
Not a good location if you are stopping to see Fresno & Clovis but brilliant if you are on business or passing through. You will have to go out to eat though & suggest you stick up with tuff to put in the room fridge before you arrive
