Pros: I liked the location and it felt like an upper class hotel because of the restaurant, bar, and conference areas. It was also very quiet.
Cons: staff was bad. The valet person did not offer any help when we pulled up instead he kept chatting with another co-worker. The front desk girl was not friendly, and when I passed a maid in the hall I said excuse me and she responded excuse YOU.

Pros: Nice rooms with all the amenities and equipment necessary for premium pleasure.
Cons: Of the 10 front of the house staff i have interacted with over my 2 stays, only 2 were polite, hardworking, caring and considerate employees. The test put fourth minimal effort to make your stay memorable. Th valet's offered poor service.

Pros: Convenient location - excellent breakfast room
Cons: The room had absolutely no hot water in either the shower or sink! Additionally, at checkin, the staff did not ask for a bed selection. We were so tired, we did not ask either. As a result, we were assigned two separate beds.

Pros: Rooms were attractive and clean. Location was great.
Cons: $18.00 freakin dollars to park a car overnight. Really?? Is up-keep of a parking lot that hard?? And then another $5.95 for Internet/wi-fi service. Guess I could have parked across the street but was afraid of being towed. No extras or perks at this plac
