Pros: We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the resort. The beach and pool were both wonderful! The employees were excellent and willing to help with our every question and need. Would love to be able to return for another fun weekend on the sunny beach!
Cons: High costs for some amenities seems unnecessary; $20 for a beach chair, $40 for a lounger, $7 for a latte. Not sure why things seem to be so high. Most of our budget was spent on the room rates. I visited with friends and shared the costs. Not sure my family could do it on our own.

Pros: Beautiful view from room
Cons: Restaurant prices were overpriced. You should be able to get a hamburger for less than $30. Guest prices should be less than non guest prices. When you are paying almost $1000 a night to stay there, it shouldn't cost you $100 a meal for two to eat breakfast. Absolutely ridiculous!!!!

Pros: The relaxing atmosphere. The closeness of the beach. The sparkle of the sand. The ocean sound floating into our room while we slept. EVERYTHING!
Cons: That I had to leave and go home

Pros: Best place in San Diego
Cons: Check-in by credit card was a problem for my bank as the hotel uses a 3rd party for the process which shows an unidentified source trying to use my card rather than a hotel

Pros: Although it's an older hotel and we had a room with a patio to the parking lot, it was incredibly quiet!
Cons: Outrageous quality demands outrageous pricing.
