This oceanfront restaurant at the Hotel del Coronado boasts coastal cuisine prepared by French Master Chef Patrick Ponsaty, named one of the best hotel chefs of America by the James Beard Foundation when he helmed the kitchen at another area resort. Ponsaty has put his stamp on the menu here with creatively prepared dishes using many local ingredients. Servers are proficient, and the setting is warm and inviting both inside the dining room and out on the patio.
