Pros: Nice and comfortable hotel
Cons: Disappointed that hotels, especially one that charges this rate, does not provide free WiFi. It might have been written in the fine print, but I think the reasonable expectation is that hotels nowadays do provide free WiFi. Assumed "Breakfast included" means a buffet spread of some kind, instead I was given a $20 voucher and to order from the menu instead. Travelled without a car, and there are no restaurants nearby within walkable distance.

Pros: The decor in the room and in the lobby and sitting areas was very nice. This was only an overnight stay so places to shop and eat was not a major factor but there were quite a few shops and restaurants in the area. We felt it to be a safe and interesting area including the nearby Apple offices. Would have no objections to staying here again.
Cons: The directions could have been better how to get into the hotel. We could see the hotel when driving by but had to circle around the area several times to find the entrance to the hotel.

Pros: The decor was great. The bellman was very helpful.
Cons: The bed was smaller than expected. The king size bed felt more like a queen size. The front desk was not helpful in letting me leave a package for pick-up by fedex. Thankfully, the bellman was very helpful. Internet in the room was NOT free.
