Pros:
Cons: The staff is awful. The guests are treated as a inconvenience from the front desk. The 3 bartenders did not know the alcohol they carried or the drinks, tried to pass off less expensive alcohol and charge me for what I asked for until I caught the bartender. There was a wasp nest above my balcony so we couldn't even use it even though we paid for it. Honestly the list is to long

Pros: Having two tvs in the rooms.
Cons: The elevator broke down and my wife and daughters were trapped inside for nearly an hour. There was no technician in the hotel. We had to wait for the firefighters to get there and open the doors of the elevator. Would never go back.

Pros: Bed was soft, room clean, quality furniture and attractive decor in both room and bath, staff especially helpful incl concierge, valet, and bar tenders. Room overlooking ocean and lovely relaxing experience. A/C didn't work in first room so they changed my room without issue and with apology. Great experience! Not the highest end hotel, but very good quality all the same. So pleased I chose this hotel as my getaway spot! I stayed in a King suite with ocean view, nice bath, two rooms essentially without dividing wall. Living area with couch, desk, and extra TV. Bed has wardrobe, bed, night stands dressing area, and TV. Bathroom is relatively small but nice
Cons: Parking lot owned by another company, so you will pay $22/night additionally, for parking. The A/C works well, but if you like it exceptionally cold, your room will not be due to the ocean causing humidity. It's really nothing significant. Rooms cool to about 70-72 degrees, but the hotel is slightly warmer. I have friends who like it very cold inside, in summertime, so if youre one of those people, call ahead and ask them to crank your A/C before you arrive. Otherwise, a lovely experience. The bathroom door, though cool looking, provides no privacy, and does not close or seal, just slides loosely over opening (you can see and smell everything, amd the cracks between the two are easy to see through). Though a private room, if I had company, neither of us would have felt comfortable using the toilet. This place is overpriced, for the level of luxury, but that is likely due to the hotel location. Be aware, this is not on the beach. It is located on a small access road between the beach campground and Pacific Coast Highway. So, if you want an ocean view you need to asl for it, but it will be a slightly distant ocean view. However its not a big distance.
