Pros: This was a bargain price and was fine for what it was...not a lot of choices in town. You could tell that effort was made to keep up the property. Someone had put in a nice garden and there were some new tables and benches to sit on outside. We walked to a wonderful dinner at Cafe Maddalena. Also enjoyed our breakfast at The Wheelhouse (we skipped the continental breakfast).
Cons: There was a musty smell in bathroom, perhaps the shower curtain. Unfortunately, smells bother me.

Pros: The staff here are very friendly, nice and helpful. The rooms are good sized and nicely done.
Cons: The free breakfast could use a little more - and decaf coffee.

Pros: Location; easy walk downtown to restaurants. Breakfast was minimal but useful. Staff were great.
Cons: Ventilation for the room. The only window in the room faced the parking and street. On warm nights the AC would have to run all the time.
