family with young children
Pros: The pancake machine was yummy and everyone was very nice!!! ;)
Cons: Breakfast --- weak.
Wi-Fi seemed to time out.
Did not like bed comforter.
Pros: Wonderful hotel. Joined their rewards program and was upgraded to a mini-suite
Cons: The room didn't look anything like it did in the picture
Pros: Service was excellent.
Cons: No lunch or dinner.
Pros: It was our first time staying at Holiday Inn Express in El Centro; staff was very courteous. My husband loved the "comfy" king-size bed we had; also loved the pillows. It was in the perfect location, near our favorite grocery store with a good variety of other restaurants close by, and near the church we visited on Sunday. We will definitely stay there again. Although breakfast is included, we purchased cereal and milk from the near-by grocery store instead and enjoyed a late breakfast in our room..
Pros: Very comfortable chair and bed. Room refrigerator and air conditioner worked very well and the shower was refreshing. It was quiet ~ no noisy people to put up with and no animals to put up with.
Cons: The sound effects in the elevator made one wonder if there might be a surprise in store . . . could probably use some maintenance/cable grease.

Pros: Room was very nice and comfortable.
Cons: Customer service lacked a bit of professionalism at the front desk. Blood stains and hair on towels. Only 1 out of three towels were properly clean. Windows need better sound proofing. Trains go through el centro all night long!
