Pros: Location to the beach was great and just what we wanted! It is a 10 minute walk to Moonlight Beach which is a wonderful place. Room was small but clean and well cared for.

Pros: Super clean with a great location and the staff was very responsive . Asked for extra pillows and towels and had them in less than a minute. I will definitely stay here again for the price and proximity to the beach.
Cons: The beds were basically convex, and the parking was terrible. Bring your own pillows, and if you get back to your room any time after 8, expect to park in the satellite lot by the pool and walk.

Pros: Adam was so caring and understood we were coming from the high desert with temperature in the high teens and seriously needed to decompress for our 2 nights in town. Many family members also stayed as we were all in town from all over the country to celebrate our Aunt's 90th birthday.
Cons: We booked a 2 night stay online far in advance of our stay. Upon check in agent Gordon ignored all our online requests and lied about availability of a one bed on the hill side, "unless we paid $25 more for a 2 bedroom, away from traffic", top floor and sent us to a room with elevator access that would have required us walking all around the building on 2 sides on both the second floor, and another room on the 3rd, same long walk all around to get to either room and to load and unload, and face the noisy street. Also tried to put us in a room directly on top of ice machine/vending plus guests with 3 small kids above us. No attention with our location given to our other family coming in to meet us (may have been unavailable but not explained.) I was about to loose patience with his attitude and go up the street until Manager Adam finally intervened and made it right and put us in a 3rd floor handicapped room (we are) after first agent sent us to 2 unacceptable rooms! Then all was great! I really slept, thank you Adam! P.S. only other issue was constant snow on the TV so the Olympics were a bit of a challenge to watch. Engineering could not fix.
