Authentically Peruvian, this quaint little eatery will impress diners with made-from-scratch menu items that change frequently. It’s located on Pacific Coast Highway, with colorful tablecloths on sidewalk tables drawing customers in. Handmade empanadas come in three varieties: vegetarian (with lentils, potatoes and spinach), chicken and ground beef. Specialty entrées include marinated flank steak and pan-roasted fish.
