Set in the inn of the same name, this is truly a memorable dining experience. The service staff is highly knowledgeable and polished. The food is the freshest and utilizes local and regional favorites such as tartar of Wagyu beef, wild Alaskan halibut and roasted Berkshire pork tenderloin. A signature dish of rabbit served three ways offers confit of leg with a creamy mustard sauce, bacon wrapped and roasted rack, all with unique tastes.
