Pros: The staff was super nice and very accommodating. We had an issue with our air conditioner and they immediately gave me options for other rooms and to see which room got the coldest so we could choose. When we decided to just stay in the room we were in they sent someone to check the AC and he fixed the problem within minutes. The housekeeping people were awesome. I asked for more pillows because I need lots of pillows when I sleep and they brought them without question. The housekeeping lady was Norma and she went above and beyond to clean our room and did what no other housekeeping has done before. She's the best I have ever seen.
Cons: Only a few minor things we did not enjoy but wouldn't keep us from booking again. The elevators took kind of long, and there was always long lines and not enough dishes for breakfast.

Pros: Thank you for a wonderful stay. The hotel was very clean, the beds were very comfortable, the breakfast was varied and delicious. I appreciate the good fluffy clean towels and that the front desk offered a room with a view of the Disneyland fireworks. I did not even have to ask. This hotel was surprisingly quiet also even though it's close to Disneyland and caters to families with young kids. I will be coming to OC frequently and this is my hotel of choice.

Cons: The price was one thing on booking.com and they don't tell you they charge a 20% incidental fee. That's just ridiculous. My family and I stayed one night checked out and went to a hotel down the street. The new place was less price wise and walking distance to the park. With no hidden cost.

Pros: The room set up was fantastic , it was more like a studio apartment separate bedroom with a makeup vanity and stool in bedroom .The front room had a nice fold out sofa bed and 4 piece wood dining set. Had two TV's so that was nice for our teenage son to have a television to himself.
Cons: The television channels were very very limited , wi-fi connection was slow . I've included a photo of the the glass elevators , which were very slow , one of the four was broken during my entire 3 day stay . I didn't care for the fact you can open your room door and see every single room as there are no hallways, just wide open as the photo shows .

Cons: Elevators extremely slow, rooms out dated, beds and sofa bed very uncomfortable. Had a terrible odor in our room. On our second night This black stuff started pumping up in the bathroom sink. I immediately went to the front desk and they switched our rooms with really no questions asked. Has this happened before? I showed front desk a picture off of my phone and they reacted quickly. This is our second time we have stayed here. We won't be back mainly because beds being so uncomfortable and the rooms had an odor.

Cons: The room was clean, however, we checked in very late and did not notice the blood on our bedding until we woke up that morning! Then on our final day the power went out to our room for more than 45 min making it very difficult to get ready to leave!

Cons: There was a noisy convention which unfortunately led to many phone calls to the front desk as they kept waking up my two young kids from 12am-3am. Bad experience with the manager that night but had a very good resolution the next morning with a comped night. Would recommend this place and will stay again.

Pros: The rooms were very quiet and very roomy. The kids had their own room and tv. Large restroom with separate area for hair styling, makeup… Small kitchenette with dining table (which we never used) because the breakfast buffet was outstanding. Very clean!!!
Cons: We didn't know there was a daily fee for the hotel shuttle. We thought it was complimentary and averaged $20 a day for shuttle service.
