Pros: Breakfast
Cons: Price

Pros: easy proximity to stores and resturants.
Cons: key cards werent working well. Eggs were too dry. Lipton tea bags were offered, I had to ask for herbal tea bags. Oatmeal wasnt cooked well. A missing curtain in the bedroom. The utility door was open under the sink. rowdy kids, neglected and unsupervised when parents were out.

Pros: The location was almost perfect. The breakfast and weekday evening snacks were a good way to add value and convenience. The room was a good size and the fridge helped a ton. Staff was awesome and very helpful.
Cons: Our shower would fluctuate from hot to cold the entire time. We told the fr My desk and the next day it improved but progressively got worse again. The hotel was a bit outdated but not a big deal. The single elevator was horrible. We waited almost 5 minutes for it once to bring bags down. Ended up using the steps the whole time because we stayed on floor 2. The maid service seemed to clean rooms late. We arrived back around 430 one day to find the room still unserviced.

Pros: The location is good . Size of queen suite is good.
Cons: Very bad house keeping. Worms n all sort of insects cming out of carpet in the room n in the toilette. Wifi does not work most of the time.

Pros: The free breakfast was AMAZING! There were plenty of options from bagels, waffles, cereal, and coffee. They had decaf coffee and regular with three types of creamer. There was also hot water for tea or hot chocolate. They also had different hot foods like eggs, Canadian bacon, sausage and gravy. It changed daily. The beds were fair, they weren't outstanding but they were comfortable. The kitchen in my room was updated and fully stocked with dishes and a coffee pot. Also it had a dishwasher and a full fridge. The staff was super nice and our rooms were clean every night we got back. The elevator takes a little bit but it's not something I would flaw the hotel on. Parking was nice. There is a shuttle to Disneyland that has a fee but we just decided to park at Disneyland. The hotel feels a little bit old but they are renovating so it's being updated. I really enjoyed staying here, I would recommend it and probably stay here again! Especially because of the breakfast!
Cons: It felt a bit outdated but they are renovating.
