Pros: Staff was very apologetic qnd helpful and quickly fixed my issue.
Cons: The first room i was given had not been cleaned. The pillows looked like they had been slept on. The room keys were on the bed, tv was on, and a bag of empty beer cans was left on the bathroom floor.

Don't come here if you're...
Pros:
Cons: Short background: I have MS and was in the ER for my birthday, so my mom got us a hotel room as a present and spent the night watching all THREE of our small children. We were upgraded for free and then were woken up by someone using a key to open our door at 11pm and interrogated shortly after via phone as if we were squatters. This happened again the next morning at 8am and then our keys were deactivated. I asked the front desk what the heck was going on, he said "I don't know. The managers not here, here's his card. I'm the only one here and there's nothing I can do besides give you 10% off...you were already upgraded" This was the ONLY night I could rest in forever and I was woken up twice...and they could care less. Front desk guy was barely 20 and left in charge of the whole hotel with no authority. Ridiculous.
