Pros: Friendly staff, great location, nice breakfast.
Cons: Smaller room.
Pros: Bed was very comfortable.
Cons: Breakfast was ok. No real fresh pastries.
Pros: Size of the room.
Cons: The carriage house was a nice room, except that you had to walk down a long alley past garbage cans to get to it. It is also one flight up without an elevator (this may not work for some).it is also opposite two restaurants that partied into the late night.
Pros: The bed was soooo comfortable. The wine and snacks in the evening was very nice. The location was terrific.
Cons: A bit pricy for a Monday night.

Pros: location and comfy beds
Cons: The decor was dated, there is very little customer care (no one at front desk in evenings) and the breakfast was unexceptional and disappointing.
Pros: Lovely facility optimally located on Healdsburg Plaza, yet quiet and private. Room excellent, staff welcoming. Lovely breakfast and afternoon wine plus. Consistent with Four Sisters standard.
Cons: Replenishing breakfast and afternoon snacks was a little 'wanting'. Would prefer parking free &/or 'hidden' in room charge. Free parking on plaza(time limited daytime), tight but manageable and more convenient to entrance.
Pros: Within walking distance of everything
Cons: The shower stalls were small but not impossible to deal with. I'm being VERY picky on this one. After all, the hotel is 100 years plus.
Cons: When we arrived we were given a different room than we had booked. The clerk said that booking.com had access to the hotel's internal room assignments and had been making errors in room assignments. The clerk said that the hotel had talked to booking.com but it was still making errors so we couldn't get the room we reserved. I complained and the clerk called the manager who gave us a better room. Booking.com and the hotel need to get on the same page!
Cons: windows in studio kitchen need darker shades/blinds on them. allowed too much light in.

Pros: The breakfasts were complete with protein and carb options, great app and wine tastings, amazing beds, immaculate rooms
Cons: Cramped bathroom, no Wi-Fi in room.
Pros: Great location right on the square. Well maintained property, nicely appointed.
Cons: Room was too warm, even with the heat off. Construction in the back of hotel courtyard with table saw operating from 9am-6pm every day. (Mexican restaurant remodel through mid January) and lights on back porch all night that I could not shut off. Breakfast was OK but not memorable and wine in afternoon was mediocre.
Pros: Beautiful property right across the square. The conceirge, Eva, called me to let me know that I could check in early.
Generous cheese and wine offerings in the afternoon.
I come up to Healdsburg for business and will definitely stay here again.
(Internet connection was good.)
Pros: great location, great evening staff, great free amenities.
Cons: Bed Sheets had spots on them. Poor explanation of reserved paid parking and really difficult you can reserve a room but not parking in advance.
Pros: location was great
Cons: room to close to kitchen
Pros: The breakfast was delicious - just like all the other food in Healdsburg!
Pros: Very comfortable, quiet. Enjoyed breakfast in the Garden Room.
Cons: Power outage in hotel beginning at 8 a.m. until checkout. Not sure it was the hotel's fault.
