Pioneers' Park Museum is at 373 E. Aten Rd. in Pioneers Park. Recounting the history of the Imperial Valley, the museum features displays of military uniforms; a diorama of mounted animals; antique musical instruments, including a small pipe organ; and a ranching exhibit with saddles, brands and two mounted longhorn steers. A series of exhibits commemorates the various ethnic groups that settled the region.

Outside the museum are antique farm wagons, tractors and small historic buildings that have been relocated to the grounds.

Tues.-Sat. 10-4, Sun. noon-5, Labor Day-early June. Closed major holidays. Allow 30 minutes minimum.
