Pros: It was beautiful and very peaceful
Cons: The wifi was so weak they probably shouldn't even offer it...

Pros: This resort was nothing but beautiful, we were mid way through a road trip through Death Valley and Yosemite and was a welcome break. The setting and facilities were excellent

Pros: This hotel is set in the most amazing location. However, if you are intending to use this as a base for visiting Yosemite it's a little too far out of the park. The lakes all nearby offer fishing and the hire of motor boats, canoes and kayaks. There is also horse riding trails available nearby. We had two very relaxing days here after being on a road trip. The pool facility is excellent, cannot comment on the spa as we did not use it. The onsite restaurant was very nice, reasonably priced and the usual large portions. The room was large and well equipped, fridge and a coffee machine in its own little kitechenette area. The bathroom was huge, with a separate bath, shower and toilet area all with good quality toiletries supplied. Our room looked over the small pond area with a balcony, chairs and tables. The room had ac and also a woodburner, although as we visited in september neither were required. On our second night there was live entertainment outside on the green. Free wi fi was available in the room and there is ample parking right by your accommodation. This is a beautiful hotel in an amazing location, just wish we could have stayed longer. Oh and don't forget the bears, despite our best efforts we never saw one☹️️ Would love to return and spend a Christmas here.
Cons: The bath was a whirlpool bath and having run myself a nice relaxing bubble bath turned on the jets only to have the bath filled with awful black slime from the probably infrequently used jets!! My advice is to fill the bath first with cold water and run the jets for a few moments to clean through the pipes.

Pros: Beautiful location, nice rooms, and lovely spa. We enjoyed a nice dinner at the Resturant, small menu but what we had was very good. We only stayed one night, but if we should stay there again, we will plan on staying longer to take advantage of the pool and spa.
Cons: We realized that we had accidentally left a couple of personal items behind. We would have been able to come back within a week to pick up our stuff, but after talking to the front desk young lady on the phone three times over three days, we were unable to find out what may of happened with our things. The desk clerk didn't act very concerned about trying to help, first time we called was within two hours of our early morning departure. Bummer.
