Pros: Excellent friendly staff! Lovely room with a VERY comfy bed. Love the grounds and spacious surroundings. Would definitely stay there again and again! :-)

Pros: Beautiful property, lovely clean rooms, awesome pool area, great food/wine.
Cons: Rooms don't have great sound insulation. You can hear on either side and above.

Pros: We used the shuttle quite a bit. Dixon was extremely accommodating and gave us great recommendations. 4 stars to him!!! In addition, the doormen and check-in staff were gracious.
Cons: Housekeeping failed to clean our room on the first of three nights we spent there. It required us to be vigilant the rest of the time we spent there. This greatly reduced our impression of the hotel.
