Brainchild of chef Brian Malarkey, a finalist on ABC’s Top Chef, this La Jolla eatery focuses on pairing fresh seafood and meat with seasonal produce to create dishes that bring out the flavors of both. Cold starters include local ceviche and ahi poke. Sandwiches, salads, flatbreads and entrées may feature black cod, red snapper, scallops, New York steak and more. Desserts include chocolate chunk cookies and an ice cream sundae. "Oyster Hour" is offered in the lounge daily. Dessert offerings are limited during lunch and change seasonally. Daily promotions may include "Oyster Hour," "Tannin Tuesday" and "Bubbles & Pearls," which change regularly.
