Opened by prolific restaurateur and celebrity chef Rick Bayless of Mexico – One Plate at a Time fame, this modern Mexican eatery is an integral part of the La Jolla dining scene. Traditional dishes include a variety of enchiladas, as well as tacos and carnitas. There are also beef and seafood entrées with unique Mexican preparations and sides. House-made desserts include passion fruit butter cake and fresh churros with chocolate and caramel dipping sauces.
