Pros: Wonderful breakfast! B&B was a surprising gem in a very small town just outside of Sequoia National Park. Enjoyed the pool and the room was beautiful.
Cons: A bit remote

Very dated guest house in...
Pros: Great location to see the redwoods
Cons: Really dated decor and very odd set-up (with a writing desk in the bathroom!) and the flimsy plastic folding bathroom door didn't close, so not great for the romance!

Very nice, friendly place. I...
Pros: Breakfast was elaborate and generous. Location is good. About 25 miles from Sequoia National Park on a good hwy. Eat dinner at Café Monet in nearby Exeter. Lovely backyard full of palms.
Cons: Ask for a downstairs room if you don't like stairs. King bed takes up much of the space in room. Mattress was OK but a bit soft for us. No TV in room. (We didn't care about TV but I thought I'd mention it if others are interested.)

Pros: A very unique and comfortable property and Lisa, the owner, made it even more so with her hospitality and personal attention to our needs. We especially enjoyed the vegetarian options and conversation with other travelers at breakfast.
