Thirty-seven acres of forested grounds surround this 1877 farmhouse and cottages on a hillside above the Pacific Ocean. Most of the upscale bathrooms include heated flooring. This was the location of the 1978 film "Same Time Next Year," which runs continuously on a loop on one of the hotel's channels. Spectacular ocean views grace most of the guest rooms. Did not meet all AAA requirements for locking devices in some guest rooms at time of last evaluation on 03/13/2023. Facilities, services, and décor characterize a mid-scale property.
