San Joaquin County Historical Museum, in Micke Grove Regional Park, has exhibits about local history, agriculture, earth moving and Native American culture. The Weber Gallery displays furnishings belonging to Capt. Charles Weber, the founder of the city of Stockton.
Museum (in addition to park admission) $5; $4 (ages 13-17 and 65+); $2 (ages 6-12). An additional fee may be charged for special events.
Hours: Wed.-Sun. 10-4, Wed. after Memorial Day-first Sun. in Nov.; Wed.-Sun. 11-4, rest of year. Closed Jan. 1, July 4, Veterans Day, Thanksgiving, day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve and Christmas. Allow 2 hours minimum.
