Pros: Location was fine.
Cons: Booked quiet room through your company and got room next to street. Heard traffic and trains all night. Very bad. Room had no extra cups, no shower cap, shower head was weak.

Pros: They offer a good location on the way from Oregon to Southern California. You can easily get back to I-5 without going way out of the way. The staff treated us well and provided some things we had forgotten (e.g. a toothbrush). The room was clean and in good order. It was also pretty quiet. I was able to get online in my room and that worked fine too. They had substantial breakfast choices. My wife didn't like the food, but I thought it was fine.
Cons: The bed (at least in their more affordable "easy-access" unit) squeaked and groaned so much that every time my wife moved it woke me up. It wasn't all that comfortable either (springs!!). So, while I liked the place overall, I wouldn't stay there again because I couldn't sleep and that's sort of the point of a hotel. If they put in new beds I would try it again. I explained the problem to the staff, and while they were nice about it, they implied that I shouldn't expect too much from their cheapest room. This is no way to sell rooms-- if I can't sleep at night in your cheaper room, why would I risk more money on the chance that I might sleep better next time? There are other places to cut costs, but there is a certain minimum ability to sleep that you need to hit or people won't come back.

Pros:
Cons: Because of a wine festival in town, although we'd reserved some time before, we apparently got the last room... a small, tunnel-like room, next to the street. A wonderful lady helped us get into our room, but the bed left much to be desired. Each car/truck/train felt like it came through our room. But it was clean.

Pros: Bed was comfortable. Staff very helpful. Helped us locate a restaurant we wanted to visit.
Cons: 10:30 at night there seemed to be a conference going on right in front of my room it turns out staff was staying next door to me. It finally got quiet after I called the front desk but not until the conference went on for 30 minutes
