Pros: The rooms are comfortable and clean. Nice views outside by the walkways.
Cons: Room service is $$$$. The rooms are ok but for $200+ a room i would expect atleast some free continental breakfest. If stayed in bigger nicer rooms for under $200. Not a bad hotel but you can go across the bridge for a room and kitchenet for half the cost of a room at Hotel Maya.

Pros: We're given a room that preoccupied by others and had to again for a new room and were offered a complimentary lunch which didn't need at that time but when we inquired about the next day we were told no that they only offer snacks. On a Sunday we couldn't eat lunch there because all the had was buffet lunch only which was pretty bland selection. Kind an appetizer selection. We had to go out of the hotel to have lunch. The room ac is old fashion making noise. I didn't complain about. Not too crazy about the place. We have been to much better hotels for a less price.
Cons: Beautiful location.

Pros: Check in was ok (but there was a guest at the desk claiming someone had stolen her money). Room location was great. House keeping nice. Playa was nice. My view was great. Dinner at Fuego was ok. Appreciated the cookie and water greeting.
Cons: The toilet needed 3 flushes just to get paper down. Maintenance suggested I hold the lever down longer.I was. Mirror frame needs replacing. Slider needed full body muscle to lock. Outdoor sofas were left dirty all day w food and unkempt including the pool lounge area. And staff at pool was too busy chatting to greet me or offer service.
