The problems I encountered were...
Pros: The bed was comfortable.
Cons: They gave me a room that was already occupied. I asked for my receipt to be emailed at check out and never received it and can't get them to answer the phone. My room had decaf coffee only. Front office is too far away to exchange when you don't want to have to get dressed and walk across the parking lot.

Quiet and Comfy Queen Suite,...
Pros: Best discovery: the bed was great for my back! The suite was very quiet. The kitchenette was stocked with nice dishes, utensils, and cookware. Also, great to find ice maker working and loads of ice cubes ready when we checked in after a long, hot day of travel. Spotless bathroom. The pool and hot tub were inviting. We were impressed with the accommodation! We'll gladly stay here on future visits!!
Cons: Just a few small details we noticed: Towels were nice and absorbent but pretty rough to the touch. The gates to the underground parking were not working when we arrived, and the ground-level parking lot was full. This was fixed by the next day. The carpet in our suite needed replacing--looked and felt worn and shabby. The bed sheets were good quality, but the bed could definitely use an actual blanket in place of the thin coverlet, which offered no warmth at all. Yes, it's summertime, but we still needed a little warmth during the night.

Superb
Pros: This hotel has been renovated, and it is close to Stanford University. The breakfast, as always, is excellent. The dishwasher is quite powerful, and the kitchen is a great place for personal cooking. The air-conditioner was ice-cold. Overall, the studio apartment was an excellent place, and the hotel grounds are appealing.
Cons: They should not charge 15 dollars for parking every night. Moreover, not all of the pillowcases had been replaced. Finally, the cable channels were a disaster--terrible programs.
