Grand Park is bounded by Temple, Spring and First streets, and Grand Avenue. Gardens, a tree-lined promenade, a fountain with a splash pad and an outdoor performance lawn anchor the 12-acre park surrounded by city, county, state and federal offices. Of interest is the Court of Flags on the southeast end of the park and The Arthur Will Memorial Fountain at the northwest end. The Department of Water and Power Building across from the Music Center is surrounded by reflecting pools.
