Hammer Museum, 10899 Wilshire Blvd. at jct. Westwood Blvd. in Westwood Village, offers a variety of historical and contemporary art exhibitions, as well as screenings, lectures, readings, music series, symposia, and gallery tours. In addition to temporary exhibitions, selections from The Armand Hammer Collection are displayed, featuring works by Rembrandt, van Gogh, Moreau, Monet, Pissarro and others. The museum also houses the Billy Wilder Theater, Grunwald Center for the Graphic Arts—with more than 45,000 works on paper—and the Hammer Contemporary Collection.
