Skirball Cultural Center is at 2701 N. Sepulveda Blvd. (I-405 exit Skirball Center Dr.). The center offers a wide range of changing museum exhibitions in various galleries as well as literary, performing arts, film and family programs. The core exhibition, “Visions and Values: Jewish Life from Antiquity to America” explores the history, holidays, traditions and values of the Jewish people, culminating with their experiences in the United States. Noah’s Ark at the Skirball is an interactive gallery designed for families. Food is available. Time: Allow 1 hour, 30 minutes minimum.
$12; $9 (ages 65+ and students with ID); $7 (ages 2-12); free (to all Thurs.). Reservations are recommended for Noah’s Ark at the Skirball weekends and school breaks.
Hours: Tues.-Fri. noon-5, Sat.-Sun. 10-5. Closed most major and Jewish holidays.
