Disappointing

Pros: The location
Cons: The patio door didn't close, the ac didn't work and I don't like that you have to pay 38 for parking and you don't have a choice of self parking. The valet threw my luggage in the car and broke a couple of things.

Pros:
Cons: Doesn't seem like a 4 star hotel. Everything was generic and somewhat out of date.

Exceptional
Traveling as Couple

Pros: It is a beautiful hotel and the staff was incredibly pleasant. All in all, this was better than some (most?) of the 5-start hotels I have been to.
Cons: It is not fun to pay almost $40 for parking every day. There is no option except pay that if you have a car.

Pros: Staff and location could not have been better. The Grill's waitperson and manager both took the time to ensure that are dinner was a very enjoyable experience.
Cons: Charging for parking was a surprise; but, I probably should not have been as this is now becoming the norm at most 4 star hotels.
