Pros: Staff, room, location and pool.
Cons: Restaurant menu could be more expansive. Beer price tad too high, water price in room ridiculous.

Pros: The staff, the staff, the staff!! Just the most helpful and accommodating staff ever. We used the pool each day to cool off and relax - the pool area was very nice with lots of great seating areas of different types (lounge, club, cabana seating, etc.) and the pool service was great! The food in the dining room was also great - service excellent. Great dining suggestions from the concierge, Andrew happily made our dinner reservations and they sent up written confirmations with the address - very nice!
Cons: My college bound son stayed with us for one night and used the sofa bed. The remaining two nights of our stay we asked twice to have the bed taken down and it never happened. A wine glass sat in the room for two days.
