Pros: We've stayed here many times and have enjoyed the rooms, pool and restaurant. The staff in the restaurant we're welcoming and friendly.
Cons: This hotel does not like outside booking. We asked for a king bed, as we have always enjoyed before. They said no, unless we paid more. We were stuck with a small room with two small beds. The hotel seemed empty. The pool had 3 screaming unruly kids.

Pros: Very nice and recently updated room. Comfortable beds. Good view of the Mormon temple and Fox Studios from our 5th floor window. Provided a crib for our baby for free.
Cons: Paying $40+/day valet parking (with no option of self-parking) and the $30+ per person for basic breakfast was a bit ridiculous. The hotel is nice, in a good location, but would not stay again because the parking and breakfast almost doubled the cost.

Pros: I have stayed here in the past many times and it is close to shopping I like to do when in LA area
Cons: Rooms are NOT maintained. Filthy and corroded Hardware in bathroom. Patio had dirty walls and looked like it hasn't been cleaned in years. Staff was somewhat kind but tried to up sale on everything and then we declined was rude

Pros: Nice large rooms that were recently renovated. Location is close to many things. Great service from valet and exceptional service from the front desk check-in (the gentleman from Palestine was extremely nice and very helpful).
