Pros: The bed was extremely comfortable. The room was clean and looked nice. Most of the staff was extremely friendly.
Cons: The breakfast was terrible and $7/person. The room smelled musky and the A/C barely worked. No refrigerator or microwave.

Cons: Our luggage, which was in the hotel's locked storage room, was stolen and the hotel did absolutely nothing to recover it, saying it was not the hotel's responsibility. We received no single word of apology, no compensation plan, nothing from the hotel's side. In addition, we were promised that we would receive a letter detailing the situation from the hotel's point of view, but they failed to deliver after we waited a week - only leaving the impression that our case was being considered an inconvenience and the feeling of being cheated and dismissed. In my opinion, any self-respecting establishment would at least have the courtesy to send a formal letter of apology. Instead, the hotel chose to be irresponsible, incompetent, and unprofessional to the end. We were left without our luggage, any acceptable explanation, condolences, or even a chance to speak with the owner. The worst hotel I ever experienced in my life. Booking.com should delete the hotel from the list in order to avoid the same for other clients.
