Pros: the front desk staff was great when we checked in but when I checked out we had a problem with valet and my car all my settings were changed and I mean every setting was changed in the car.. I told the manager on duty and was told they would check
Cons: they did not call back I don't know what to say beside it was not good.
Cons: The elevator wasn't working. There was an unpleasant smell in the bathroom. But the rioom was very nice otherwise. Quiet and with a lovely balcony with lots of greenery.
Pros: I like it hotel, restaurant is very good ! Staff very helpful !
ok, but I would choose...
Pros: location is convenient
Cons: the public spaces outside the guest room patios/balconies can be noisy into the late night. This is fine if you are traveling for leisure but less optimal if you have to get up for early meetings.
Avoid this hotel
Pros: Ok location but there are better places nearby.
Cons: Not a very nice hotel. Breakfast was horrible and very expensive. Lot of locomotion due to reconstruction. Facilities are old and worn. Bad smell and arrogant staff. I would not go back and not recommend this place.
Pros: Staff incredible - room huge - couldn't do enough for us. The hotel has a car that can take you anywhere you ask of them. Pool area quiet and luxurious.
Cons: Nothing - 20 mins away from Hollywood but we didn't mind escaping the LA madness at this luxury retreat.
Great location, great pool area...
Pros: Staff and general ambience
Pros: Pool was nice. Epic Sunday brunch. Room was very spacious and comfortable. Overall hotel decor is nice.
Cons: You can hear the freeway from the room if the window is open.
Cons: I was not informed about remodeling of the hotel during our stay.
stylish yet friendly hotel, great...
Pros: staff, décor, atmosphere.
Give Luxe a try
Pros: Lovely hotel out of hustle and bustle of Hollywood centre. Fab room. Close to 405. You will need a car if you stay here. Daily charge for parking includes valet service fee regardless of how often you use valet. Well worth it.
Cons: Can't think of anything I didn't like.
Great hotel, quiet and relaxed.
Pros: Great location, and despite the staff were extremely kind and helpful, and even took us into the city to catch a tour bus. They are underground a renovation, but this didn't really impact on our stay, and if anything probably made the hotel quieter. Rooms furnished to high standard, and would stay here again, as it's lovely to be in what feels like an oasis on the edge of the city, but not far from Brentwood and Santa Monica.
Cons: Limited food options on menu for dinner, but we were given a comprehensive list of nearby restaurants and offered a shuttle.
