Pros: Room was quiet and well appointed.
Cons: Room was located at the farthest end of the farthest corridor from the elevator bank. (Spouse was in a walking cast using a cane.) We asked management twice to fix a broken thermostat that kept our room at 56 degrees. By the time we left it had not been fixed and I had developed a terrible cough. Upon checkout, we requested some "consideration" be made to our bill, which we were told would show up on the credit card statement. No consideration was made.

Pros: The public areas are beautiful. The rooms and hallways are decent. The hotel is well located for my needs, I was attending a convention at LA Convention Center. The front desk staff is friendly.
Cons: The pool was over chlorinated. This is a minor complaint. I love this hotel.
