The manager was apologetic about the situation, affirmed that she would call us on Tuesday about the pricing situation, but we didn't hear from them. Overall, we were not satisfied at how they handled the situation. We would expect at least one night free stay there.
Pros: The location of this hotel was very convenient, tucked away in Little Tokyo.
Cons: The room had a cockroach on my bed. When we called front desk, they sent a security guard to come and kill it, then help us pack up our belongings and moved to an upgraded room. The security guard then revealed that this happens often...

Pros: The rooms were nice and spacious, and clean. Also, at least the room they moved us to had a working air conditioner, which was nice.
Cons: The air conditioner in our room didn't always work, and it was 97 degrees outside. The repair tech told the front desk people to give us another room because it would require more work to repair it. We had to pack our things and move to another room.
