Pros: Very friendly staff and front desk. Very helpful and accommodating.
Cons: The decor and style is very modern and kind of "industrial" which has been a popular style recently but I personally don't like all the unfinished walls even though its the style

Pros: The staff was very accommodating. Even the pool staff was very attentive they made sure that you were comfortable and provided excellent service. I felt like a VIP.
