Pros: The male front desk staff is professional.
Cons: Valet parking is the only choice if you drive a car. And it is extremely expensive. $39 a day! Moreover, there's no other place to park overnight near the hotel. We had traveled a hotel in san Diego before we arrived. That hotel also had $20 a day self-parking free. But I choose to park on the street which was free. But in Orlando hotel, there was no other place to park overnight nearby. And when I actually paid for that price I still felt the valet parking price was ridiculously high. I was planning to stay for 5 days and for some personal reason I need to check out one day early. The hotel refused me to check out one day early, they told me to contact with the booking.com instead. But I cannot change my booking record on the website as I had already checked in. And the booking.com customer service was really busy (nobody answering the phone) and I had to wait for a representative online forever. Fortunately, the hotel changed it's mind eventually and called booking.com at management level and I had to pay $75 early checkout penalty. I was ok with the penalty. But I think that early checkout is common and should not make that much trouble.

Pros: Our room was quiet and spacious with a small balcony facing a nice backstreet. A gym was good and well equipped. Every morning coffee and cakes were provided at the lobby.
Cons: Valet parking is very expensive. By the way, if you travel by car you could try to find spare parking place on the streets nearby.
