Despite the above problem and also one of the toilets getting stuck, we would probably stay there again because of the location and the responsive staff.
Pros: Location and Village amenities were excellent. Staff was friendly and courteous. One staff member told me about a great hiking trail which I did take.
Cons: One of the 2 rooms our family occupied did not have the air conditioner blower hose hooked up. Not having a/c on an August summer day did not set a good initial impression. Staff did respond within an hour.

Pros: The room was huge and it was very close to the rest of the village. The heater worked like a champ!
Cons: The bed was not very comfortable. Not firm and flat enough. Also, it would have been nice if there was some way (a vending machine perhaps) to get toothpaste.

Pros:
Cons: those rooms that are facing to the Village are suffering from noise... the noise lasts until 2AM. Very bad.

Pros: Your staff... had great customer service skills. Also, one of the regulars (I'm not sure of his name, he is from Orange County - he has been there 8 years) was helpful with sight seeing ideas.
Cons: None

Wonderful

Pros: Great location - can be rowdy when festivals and large crowds pack into the village. The rooms are well insulated from outside noise (when windows shut) as well as from other rooms and hall traffic.
Cons: The pool and Jacuzzi should be open earlier around 8 or 9. 10 seemed a little late as it's nice to get some laps in before sightseeing or hiking.
