Pros: balcony, hot tub and pool
Cons: check in: there was a miscommunication between booking and the hotel and I waited while they tried to call booking... they should have immediately apologized and give me a room; not said that it's not their fault and made me wait in the lobby at no avail. After about an hour I finally got a room but not promised the agreed rate. They said they'd call me to LMK once they'd contacted booking... that didn't happen. I had to follow up the next day and wait for them to call me back finally. It did get all sorted, but certainly NOT the customer service and hospitality standards that should be expected. PS: booking.com what happened here? Why didn't the reservation get communicated to the hotel appropriately. Fail.

Pros: The bed was awesome!
Cons: We had difficulty with the explanation of the billing. I was assured that I was paid in full and it turned out that I wasn't! Confusing!
