Pros: The interior design was very nice. Staff was friendly. Location for what we had plan was good. Like that the window open to let in fresh air. Shower and soap felt smooth on my skin. cleaning people were very friendly.
Cons: Room was not ready, Could hear the train day and night. Problem with asking for different pillows (to soft), towels were hard, and bed made loud noise everytime you moved. Had to fix by putting something between the mattress.

Pros: Very pleasant, spacious room with excellent bed and good linens. Bathroom pretty safe and nice.( Missing a wand shower attachment.) Parking good. Outdoor spaces very attractive.
Cons: Staff were disinterested, from check-in forward. Bathroom could have been a little more elder-safe. Wand shower spray would be nice. Hair dryer very noisy.

Pros: The bed and all of its high tech features were amazing. Love the late evening chocolate cookies, and I am not a huge fan of the chocolate chip cookie, but these are comfort snacks.
