Pros: Cosy and comfortable. Nice little pool, alcohol friendly. Great location. $5 voucher for a great breakfast place down the street.
Cons: It was very hot these days. There was no A/C to cool the room. The ceiling fan tried to do its job.

Pros: The bed was comfortable & the room was very nicely furnished. My room faced the street &a pool but it was surprisingly quiet. I even slept with the window open. The bathroom was small but fit the bill nicely.
Cons: No A/C

Pros: The place was nice. It wasn't very close to state street in SB so depending on what you want to do it may suit you well. We were there only for one night so we got (free) bikes and cycled to SB center of town. It was a nice cycle only about 25 min. At night we wanted to go out for food and drinks and we had to get a bus and then taxi back to the hotel. Very close to the beach. All in all very nice stay.

Disappointing

Pros: 5 dollar vouchers towards breakfast across the road
Cons: Room extremely hot, heating on when we arrived. Quickly provided with a fan but in such a small stuffy room had little effect. Very noisy with drunk loud people coming back to their rooms late at night. Walls are paper thin. Beds tiny and coffee in lobby was always cold. We stayed here two years ago but would not stay here again. You can get something much nicer in Santa Barbara
