Pros: Location, location, location with a rate that was great for that area for the time of the year. Microwave and stove a available.
Cons: Bed was hard. The room I was given was very spacious (it was designated for handicap which I'm not) which I appreciated but it was next to utility room and beverage vending machine which at times was noisy but bearable for me.

Cons: The pinkie sized slug crawling up the slimy shower curtain suggested the floor hadn't been cleaned in some time. The bed cover was stained or Ethan's actually dirty The office staff were unhelpful. Everything was done as cheaply as humanly possible. It was pretty yucky overall.

Pros: Attractive property, had a small pool but too cold to use it. Parking outside our room.
Wifi worked well and was free.
Receptionist not as bad as some reviews said but not smiley or friendly.
We walked down to the wharf, took around 25-30 mins and walked back but for young children or unfit may be a bit far
There is a shopping mall ten mins walk away across the road with a few well known stores, including a well stocked and helpfully staffed Sephora. Choice of a few restaurants there if you didn't want to walk to town.
Cons: No coffee making facilities. Had a fridge and microwave but no crockery or cutlery - don't know how you would use the microwave.

Pros: Entrance directly from parking to door no stairs. Nice flowers around property. Looks well cared for. Coffee availabile at office worked out fine. Monterey was beautiful and we had a great time. The Aquarium was awesome.

Cost more than the beautiful 4 star we stayed in in Beverly Hills on this trip. Staff rude and unapologetic about the fortune they charged me for this terrible place and the state of the room. Steer clear.

Pros: Good access from highway, on busy street but no extreme noise from cars driving by, friendly and helpful staff, coffee facilities at the reception, lovely garden with pool, very clean and updated room with wooden floor, comfortable bed, cable tv on big flat screen, good wifi.
Cons: Impossible to open or close door when someone is on the toilet, but this is just a detail.
The motel is a bit away from the centre, but that makes it so peaceful.

Pros: I loved the bed! So very comfortable with plenty of pillows . I loved the many things to watch on television and the small table and chairs in the room . The location was worth the money, right next to the Monterey Bay Aqaurim , Denny's , Downtown Monterey, the beach , etc.
Cons: The bathroom could've been a little cleaner and possibly remodeled (old looking). The parking isn't so good either .

Pros: I loved the exterior of the inn, it is covered in beautiful flowers and foliage. Location is great too! The price was extremely fair, I paid $110 for one night.
Cons: The room I stayed in had poor quality furniture, for example, a chair had been so worn on the armrests that white fabric was showing under the black leather. The bed was slightly uncomfortable and the bedding was okay. Nothing was unbearable but it could have been better.

Pros: We didn't eat at your place. We were there for a birthday party on Friday night and left for home Saturday AM. We were very tired from the long drive and all the excitement from the party. So we didn't have much time to sit and enjoy.
Cons: The toilet seat needs to be attached tightly to the toilet bowl in room 5 and one baseboard moulding next to the shower has black mold on it.

Pros: The wood floors were so much better than having carpet.
Cons: The guy who checked us in had few words and wasn't very welcoming. The walls were paper thin. I could hear the guy next door snoring. We were also next to the ice maker which made noises all night. Also our faucet in the bathroom leaked annoyingly. The amount we paid was not worth the room. Will not be returning.
