Pros: The grounds were beautiful and lovely.
Cons: The condition of the unit was not as described in the photos. The unit was unrenovated and the furniture needed updating. Additionally, we had a broken window in the bathroom which led to mosquitos in the suite and we had to switch rooms at 9pm at night.

Pros: Hotel reception and staff.
Cons: Had breakfast in the restaurant. Horrible experience. No one came to take our order! There were only three tables filled. I finally had to go find coffee and pour it myself. Fortunately Jacky took over and handled us well. No one else ever paid attention. The food was adequate, but not up to the price.

Cons: Very overpriced. It was a bit out dated. the pictures looked way better and I thought there was a patio with a nice view, which there wasn't. The toiletries were sparse.
My advice would be to stay at MacArthur Place in Sonoma instead - much better VFM

Cons: Advertised as this beautiful resort with great amenities. We found the fine dining room closed, couldn't have access to main pool or gym unless we paid additional fee. Too spread out and had to drive on main roads outside the "resort" to get from room to lodge. Would not go back. Staff at front desk slow and not very attentive.

Cons: They were really overbooked and didnt have the staff to manage the guests checking in and volume. I was late getting into my room which made me late to a dinner I was hosting. At one point the phone lines were full and they were not picking up. It was an unfortunate experience since we paid full price for a 3br cottage and didnt get to spend any time there.

Cons: Our room wasn't ready at 4 pm check-in time. We arrived at 4:30 and were kept waiting til 6:30.
Our room had a very hard, thin mattress.

Pros: Pool & ice machine with plenty of ice was easy across the street from our room; nice having the ice bucket, wine glasses & cork screw in the room; appreciated the early check-in and extended time to check out.
Cons: Would have liked a small refrigerator in our room; we stayed 2 nights and pool use was high but clean towels were not stocked often enough; could not park in the shade under the carport for both days and we were not informed during check-in our room was second in priority to another room adjacent to ours; would have liked to park in the adjacent spots for other rooms that were not occupied during our stay.

Pros: beautiful golf resort with cute accommodation. We were only there for one night whilst doing a wine tour in Napa but we loved our room and the swimming pool facilities and grounds were beautiful.
Cons: had to pay for the spa facilities, you would have thought a hotel of this quality would have included them in rate. Was told quite rudely by a member of staff when we arrived at the spa that we would have to pay for a day pass. Also a bit annoying that our room was about a mile down the road from the clubhouse and we had to drive there! When we got home late one night after wine tasting though, the staff drove our car there for us and took our bags in a golf buggy.

Pros: Very nice resort, well laid out. Rooms/apartments are comfortable. Not very large, but practical. I don't play golf (was here for a short jump into Napa between business trips) but as far as I can assess, the golf facilities are excellent.
Being a resort, you can charge everything, even purchases in the golf store, to your room.
Cons: Poolside service was a little too casual. I didn't particularly want a drink while taking in the last rays of evening sun, but it would have been nice if someone had asked.

Cons: Unit had some broken tile and some of the furniture showed wear. Unit was clean but sparsely decorated and in general very plain and nondescript.
