AAA Inspector Notes
Inspector Pick (Classification): I love the underground spa, tasting room and event space built into a cave. All this and bowling lanes? You don't need to leave the resort!
This resort is surrounded by acres of grape vineyards, and the interior is beautifully appointed in rich, warm colors. Relax by the fireplace inside or at a poolside firepit outside. The Estate Cave offers extensive spa facilities and the resort's own private tasting room. Enjoy drinks at the large lounge fitted with a bowling alley. Complimentary wine and cheese is offered each Friday afternoon to resort guests. Some of the Tuscan-style rooms offer a balcony or patio. A few units have a dual-sided fireplace or a whirlpool tub. Bring your next meeting or special event here as they offer over 50,000 square feet of meeting space. Smoke free premises. 322 units, some two bedrooms and kitchens. 3 stories, interior corridors. Accessibility (Call).

Pros: Gorgeous hotel. Love that there's a vineyard behind it that you can walk through! The pool area is amazing and the Siena restaurant was a great place for our Sunday brunch.

They have some private patios. Some shared. We had to share and it was with a wedding party getting ready for their big day. These folks walked in front of our window sat in out chairs. babies crying looking into the room. I had to close our curtains from the $--- view we paid for. They need to put up some sort of separation on theses shared patios. We left early. It ruined our 25th anniversary.( Also they need to understand their guest. It took 2 hour waiting for our room after checking in at their check in time. Again not enough staff.
Pros: Decor was beautiful in many ways. Fabrics. Marble and stone lighting etc. As with any resort it is nice to park your car and have restaurants bars and pools to walk to.
Cons: It reminded me of the large expensive hotels I went to while working for a corporation. Meant for meetings and weddings. Too many people with not enough staff to mange it.

Pros: Room was amazing and the people were helpful
Cons: Too many people. It was alike a cattle call. Also, there was a guy in the lobby offering breakfast if we sat through a 90 minute presentation. I saw it as being sold something while I was checking in.
