A re-creation of England's oldest country inn, this restaurant is reminiscent of a bygone era. Rich wood paneling and antique furnishings are evident throughout the various dining rooms. The outstanding signature dish is prime rib with a Yorkshire popover, creamed spinach and mashed potatoes. But this establishment also has adopted a farm-to-table philosophy that is evident throughout the menu and now changes seasonally. For a less formal dinner, head to "Side Door" the pub style restaurant adjacent to Five Crowns.
